Guided Visualization

Guided Visualisation has profound physical, mental and emotional benefits. It can be used to help us balance our minds and bodies, and spiritually connect and manifest our desires. Guided visualization physically helps our bodies on multiple levels, decreasing muscle, joint, and tension-related pain, lowering blood pressure, improving immunity, and boosting our energy levels.

In addition to the physical benefits, meditation allows our minds to relax. When we meditate, all of the areas of our brain slowly transition from stimulated beta waves to relaxed alpha waves.

Moreover, during visualization, you picture in your mind what you want to be and have. This turns into a reality as you keep manifesting, allowing our thoughts to clear and our entire body to rest. Anxiety is reduced, serotonin is boosted and a significant improvement in our mood results. Meditation boosts overall creativity, happiness, and peace of mind. Spiritually, meditation allows us to focus on and clear our root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third-eye, and crown chakras.

By combining meditation with guided visualization, we’re able to use meditation to help us manifest a better version of ourselves. An example of one such technique is to: relax, breathe slowly, and meditate while visualizing yourself in a beautiful, perfect place. You then visualize positive energy, confidence, happiness, peace, prosperity, and health pulsing up through the bottom of your feet into your body.

Using techniques such as these, meditation and guided visualization can bring about a genuine personal transformation, bringing about a sense of inner peace, calm, mental clarity, emotional stability, physical relaxation, healing, and spiritual awareness.
